What Is Your GME Coordinator?
Your GME Coordinator is a professional resource created to support the people who make graduate medical education programs work. It brings together practical guidance, professional development, artificial intelligence education, and tools designed to help coordinators and administrators approach their responsibilities with greater confidence and clarity.
Why I Created It
I created Your GME Coordinator because I understand how demanding and often underrecognized this work can be. GME professionals manage complex requirements, competing priorities, constant communication, and countless details that others may never see. Too often, coordinators are expected to figure things out on their own or rely on resources that do not reflect the realities of their daily work.
After more than 12 years in graduate medical education, I wanted to create the kind of support I would have valued throughout my own career: practical, approachable, relevant, and grounded in real experience.
What We Offer
Your GME Coordinator offers educational resources, one-on-one training, speaking and presentation services, and practical guidance for using artificial intelligence responsibly and effectively. Although many examples come from graduate medical education, the tools and strategies can benefit professionals across a variety of roles and industries.
Whether someone is beginning to explore AI, looking for ways to work more efficiently, or seeking customized support for a team or program, the goal is to provide information they can understand and put into practice.
Looking Ahead
Your GME Coordinator will continue growing through new educational content, training opportunities, practical tools, and collaborations. Future plans include expanding the resources available to GME professionals while continuing to explore how emerging technologies can support—not replace—the knowledge, judgment, and human connection at the heart of this work.
The vision is to build a trusted destination where professionals can learn, connect, and find support as their roles and workplaces continue to evolve.
