Through practical resources, thoughtful guidance, and honest conversations, I help GME professionals navigate their responsibilities with greater clarity and confidence.

With more than 12 years of experience in graduate medical education, I bring a practical, firsthand understanding of what it takes to support programs, meet evolving requirements, and manage the countless details that happen behind the scenes. My experience and interest in the responsible use of artificial intelligence have led to invitations to speak at national meetings and directly with individual programs. I share practical ways GME professionals can use AI and other tools to work more efficiently while maintaining the judgment, accuracy, and human connection our work requires.

My approach is rooted in a belief that coordinators deserve useful support—not more unnecessary complexity.
